'This is an excellent biography series, and the women leaders are a great group to showcase for girls as they grow and learn to have confidence in themselves and their abilities. One feature I really like is on the page about where the women are from, it provides a map of the entire United States with the state they’re from colored and pointed at. This, along with a compass, help students understand location in relation to where they live. The quotes, profile information box page, and timeline box page are also great features for teaching students different ways to present facts.
