Order Fulfillment
Our turnaround time for standard direct orders is two weeks. Special handling delays can occur with larger or more complex orders.
Library Processing
We offer free standard attached library processing for all school and library orders of $500 or more.
At checkout, select “Contact me for processing specs” to have your books processed, or select “Use processing on file” if you already entered your specs in a previous order.
You can also fill out our Library Processing Form and email it to customerservice@flutterbee.com.
Standard processing includes:
- MARC records
- Barcodes
- Spine labels
- Reading program labels
Returns
We accept returns on direct orders. Contact us to return any books purchased directly from FlutterBee.
Replacements
We offer a lifetime guarantee on all hardcover books from FlutterBee. If your book sustains damage through normal wear and tear, we’ll replace it for free.
Request a replacement by emailing the book title and a photo of the damage to customerservice@flutterbee.com.
