In the included book Crabs, students will learn not only parts of the crab, with helpful arrows pointing to the various body parts of the crab, they also learn interesting facts about how crabs move, what crabs eat, and what happens when a crab’s shell gets too small and they need to molt. As a school librarian I am constantly looking for resources that our early elementary teachers can use in the classroom to promote nonfiction print concepts with highly engaging content.
